Andrew’s experience - available for driving your website's success - begins with the birth of the Internet itself. Over the past several years - as the Internet grew into a crucial marketing vehicle – Andrew watched and learned. His company is young, but Andrew’s knowledge runs deep. Andrew believes Visitors expect professional website design with ideas presented clearly. He makes it easy for Website Guests to find exactly what they need – and makes them feel at home. Professional design and layout is vital to your visitor’s experience, and Andrew’s strong history proves he delivers.

While attending Shepherd University in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, Andrew studied Computer Programming and Information Systems with a few business classes on the side. During college, Andrew joined the prestigious co-ed Delta Sigma Pi Professional Business Fraternity. Some of the courses at which he excelled in college include Artificial Intelligence Markup languages, and Network Administration and Management.

While at Shepherd University Andrew was employed at the Computer Lab, and handled Tech Support calls for the local internet service provider. Back then it was all dial-up! Andrew was awarded a Bachelors Degree in Computer Programming and Information Science in just three years. With this major accomplishment he moved on – and in the in December 2000 Andrew headed West – to Jackson Hole, Wyoming!

Out West in Jackson Hole, Wyoming Andrew joined Teton Data Systems. As the Lead Data Conversion Specialist, his duties were to write programs and scripts that convert Print Press Ready Markup (like Quark) into a proprietary Teton Data Markup Language similar to HTML. Teton Data Systems posts Medical Manuals and Guides online, and ships CD-ROMs around the globe. One of Andrew’s Life Goals was to reach space - head into orbit - and soon before leaving Teton Data Systems he learned that the Medical Library CD-ROM was used aboard the Space Shuttle on Every Mission!

Following Teton Data Systems, Andrew joined Rendezvous Mountain Rentals. The small vacation rental company led the valley in room nights, and marketing strategies to sell those room nights to skiers, and summer vacationers. Andrew was the Network Administrator and Marketing Assistant. During his time with Rendezvous Mountain Rentals, Andrew was swept up with marketing and really began to enjoy those tasks more than the technical aspects of networking. It was under Andrew’s encouragement and lead that the company moved onto one of the very early Content Management Systems used to produce leading websites. A local Jackson Hole website development company built the tool - and it was nice for the time. After jet setting from ski show to ski show, and selling condominium and premium lodging for a few years - it was time for Andrew to move on.

Leaving Jackson Hole Wyoming was hard, but Andrew was headed to "sunny" Seattle, Washington and a career in Direct Mail Marketing! Andrew took his love of marketing a step further with a job as Lead Sales and Marketing Director with Davis Direct Worldwide. Andrew was at the forefront of buying and selling International Direct Mailing Lists all around the world. He had suppliers and buyers in India, Germany, and South East Asia. It was a great experience and Andrew learned a great deal.

Eventually, the time came for him to move on – and Andrew headed home - back to Seaford, Delaware! Andrew was fortunate to find another direct mail company - PT Mailers/Doctelligent - to work with in his own home town. PT Mailers / Doctelligent was a company ahead of the direct mail curve – and they are still doing some very advanced variable data direct mail marketing. Andrew learned all he could about Variable Data Direct Mail Marketing while he was a Salesman with the company. However, in his free time Andrew was exploring the expanding Content Management Systems market – and watching as more and more of the web migrated to managed solutions. Andrew soon decided to head out on his own.

In September 2006 Andrew formed Poor Irishman Internet Marketing to serve local small businesses and individuals taking their first steps onto the internet. The primary reason for starting the company was to encourage and equip local small business owners with the most powerful tools available for online marketing, and promotions. Overtime it was clear that the local market was not snapping up the opportunity to work with Andrew fast enough. Many of the early client’s he served were far flung – and continue to be referred by the International Marketplace. Over the past year Andrew has expanded Poor Irishman Internet Marketing’s services and reach - and is proud to have clients from as far away as Singapore!
